Tina Allen, Course Director of Apprenticeships and Professional Programmes at University of Staffordshire, has been nominated in the Inspiration in Education category of the Your Heroes Awards,
Tina has worked at the University since 2019 and completed her MBA at the University in July.

“Under Tina’s leadership, University of Staffordshire’s apprenticeship provision has gone from strength to strength. She has not only driven the school forward but has also embedded a culture of excellence, inclusivity and opportunity.
“Her ability to unite teams, foster partnerships with employers and respond proactively to sector changes demonstrates both her strategic insight and her deep care for learner success.
“Tina leads with passion and authenticity, inspiring those around her to think differently and strive for continuous improvement. She champions both students and staff, ensuring that every individual feels valued, supported, and equipped to thrive.
